- Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

What makes your candle eco-conscious?
All our candles are made with all natural soy coconut wax with no addictive or food grade paraffin blends.
- FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship council) crackling wooden wick
- The labels in the packaging box(the matte black gift box it comes in) and the warning label(at the bottom of the candle) is made of eco-friendly paper.
- Our dust covers are wild flower seed paper, which can be perfectly used in the candle vessel(once cleaned and fully used). All you need to do is plant it in the soil and water your flower to be regularly and be sure to place in a sunny area. Then sit back and enjoy your wildflowers.
- Phthalate-free fragrance
- The shipping boxes are either reused, or post consumer waste boxes.
-Water activated tape for sealing the package box
- A melt wick clip
- Our glass jars are reusable or recyclable
- The packing peanuts are biodegradable. Just let them melt down in some water.
These are the efforts we are putting forth to be more eco-conscious in our business practices as we grow and continue on in this journey we how to increase all these efforts.
Plastic materials we use:
- The Aroma Art label on front of the candle
- The Wick adhesive sticky (This keeps the wick in place)We hope to find a more sustainable way in the future.
- Our scent samples have some plastics to get that smooth vibe so that our wax does not disintegrate the material while cooling down. Small for our candle care crd to preserve candle care instructions.
- Since we do not know the type of paper used on out gift boxes we will assume that it is not eco conscious, currently awaiting a statement from the manufacturer.
How can I use my clean my glass vessel so that I can reuse it?
In order to be able to reuse you glass vessels you need to clean out the remaining wax residue. This can be done by heating glass vessel in a simmering pot of water(make sure the water is not to high so that it does not splash into vessel) to melt the residue wax. The wax will melt down and remaining in the jar will the wick bit and the wick clip, both can be discarded. Then add some water to the vessel and wait for the wax to float to the top forming a wax block. Once fully cooled you may remove the wax block with a fork, then clean the inside of the jar with soap and water. To help removing any labels a blow dryer works and if sticky residue is left on it, rubbing alcohol helps a ton.
What do I do, my wood wick keeps going out?
Wooden wicks are finicky some days, either the wick is too long or too short.
Try trimming the wick to ensure a proper burn. Wicks can be trimmed with a nail clip, wick trimmer, mini scissors or remove with tips of fingers (before lighting candle).Be sure to regularly trim wicks we recommend 3mm-5mm.
Another reason could be the wax is drowning the wick from tunneling or an uneven surface, this is easily remedied by soaking up some of the wax when wax is melted with a paper towel. Please do not do this when flame is lit.
How to prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure candle does not tunnel be sure to burn all the way to the edges of the candle vessel. This means that the entire top layer of the candle is completely melted.Tunneling happens when you extinguish the candle too soon before it has melted to the edges.
My candle has tunneled what do I do?
Oh no, tunneled candles suck, but are easily fixed. First grab some foil and make a foil wrap around the top sides of the candle. Light the candle from the top, so that it creates a mini oven which will allow the edges of the candle to melt down. To ensure that tunneling does not happen in the future make sure that you always burn the candle to the edges so that it does not form a memory ring and continue tunneling further.
The texture on my candle is weird and uneven, what do I do?
No worries, due to the nature of 100% soy coconut wax these imperfections are normal and nature and do not effect the candle quality at all. You may notice some frosting at the top of the candle this is also totally normal, its just shows that we are using very natural wax. This is produced from a various reasons the the main one being that the wax cool a various different temperatures causing the uneven texture. Sometimes it will dry super smooth while other times it will dry uneven.
Is my candle sweating?
Yes it might just be, sometimes the fragrance oil comes up to the top of the candle making it seem like it is sweating. This happens a lot due to the natural nature of our candles this is common for 100% coconut soy wax. Due to the extreme temperature changes the oil natural seeps to the top of the candle. Be assured this does not affect the quality of your candle. You can easily just wipe off the top of the candle with a paper towel and continue using it as usual. To prevent this from happening in the future be sure to keep it at a neutral temperature and away from drafts and direct sunlight.
What type of shipping experience can I expect?
We ship out all orders in a minimum of three to five business days. This does not include processing time.
My flame is flickering, what can I do?
If the wooden wick is flickering or indicating that it is going down ineffectively. The wooden wick may be overlaid with wax making a bit more difficult too light. Once the wax melt on the wick more it will light easier. The next reason would be that wooden wick is defective, this can not be seen since no wooden wick is hundred percent alike all is uniquely different and offers us an all natural way to consciously burn a candle.
Try relighting it a few times
