Refund policy

Unfortunately, no we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind orders. If the product is damaged during transit we would love to replace or refund it back to you. Please contact hello@theremontant.com with proof of damage and the order number within 72 hours of receiving the order. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
